What IS the Friendly Flora collective?

The Friendly Flora Collective is a membership program where you rebuild and rebalance your microbiome with customized probiotic recipes (all dairy/gluten free and vegan friendly of course).  

 You will make your own probiotic foods, grow your own cultures and join our immunity community.

We guarantee that if you do the work you will be able to make probiotic yogurts, mylks, non-dairy cheeses, dips, dressings, desserts, crackers and more, customized for your own digestive system.  Doing the work means showing up for the recordings or calls, making the food and eating it.  Tweaking it WITH me to suit your needs.  You will gain a deeper understanding of your microbiome and you will be able to design recipes and protocols yourself because you will understand how probiotic bacteria work with unique foods and your biochemistry.  For every investment you make in yourself I will make an investment in you… and I will NEVER give up on your progress if you play full out.  This is not a magic bullet.  It is a carefully designed sequence to guide you with the support of the community.
